A seasoned executive of blue chip companies like SAB, Patilizwe Caswell Mdoda has held executive positions at South African Breweries and Edcon. He has participated in the board of Kumba Recources as an invitee and he has served as a member of the SAPIA board of governors. Most importantly however, has been his contribution as a board member for the Royal Energy Group.
Patilizwe brings to Eyabantu his strong deal structuring expertise, as seen in his involvement in the Royale Energy acquisition by Popcru, as well as that of the structuring of the empowerment process resulting in the rise of Exxaro.
The founder and former chairman of Royale Energy Group, Patilizwe holds a B.Com from the University of Transkei, an MBA from University of Natal and a Certificate in International relations from Indian foreign ministry.
